New TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser
Introducing the TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser – our high force, high-resolution single column instrument, now with 100kg force capacity and finer distance control than ever before.
The TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser builds on the trusted TA.XTplusC Texture Analyser platform, retaining all of its established benefits while extending capability to forces up to 100kg. Distance resolution has been doubled to 0.0005mm, with 0.0001mm achievable in Smooth Mode – a level of precision that will be of particular interest to those in the pharmaceutical industry working with small granules, beads or particles.
Built for higher force applications
A stiffer structure gives the TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser its 100kg force capacity, enabling a wider range of high force applications. An extended height model provides additional testing distance for high force extensional work, all within the same laboratory bench footprint.
This increased capacity also opens up attachments previously reserved for the TA.HDplusC Texture Analyser, including the Ottawa Cell and Kramer Shear Cell – giving users of the TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser a broader testing range without a change of instrument.
Operate however suits you
As part of the Connect series, the TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser can be operated via its integral Control Panel, from a desktop or laptop PC, or from a mobile phone or tablet using the Browser Interface. An optional Touch To Move mode allows the arm to be positioned by hand, responsive enough for both quick positioning and fine adjustment.
Instrument and test status lights make it possible to check test progress from elsewhere in the laboratory, and the interface is available in 24 languages, supporting teams working across global sites.
Coupled with Exponent Connect software, the TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser is engineered for long-term reliability and accuracy, giving customers a versatile instrument built to last.
