The performance of the TA.XT2i is
enhanced by the addition of Texture Expert Exceed real-time graphics
and data acquisition software. |

The TA.XT2i Texture Analyser is designed and manufactured for long-term reliability and accuracy. It will perform tests in both tension and compression for cycling, flexure, constant strain and stress relaxation on such products as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and adhesives. There are many built in test procedures to meet most requirements. In 'stand alone' format, all data displays and results use the control console in which 50 separate test procedures can be archived. Additional pre-programmed test procedures include Texture Profile Analysis, Adhesiveness and Sine oscillation. |
The TA.XT2i can have a 5Kg or 25Kg load cell fitted and changing load cells takes only a few minutes. The instrument is relatively light and compact so it can be carried if required. |
Operational reliability is enhanced by the inclusion of total mechanical overload protection and electronic monitoring so that the instrument can safely recover even from full-speed impact. User setable position limit stops are also provided. |
There is a vast range of probes and attachments available to hold the test sample during the testing procedure. We can also provide temperature control and monitoring systems that attach to the Texture Analyser. |
